課程說明
本課教學主旨在於培養學生的英文字彙能力與英文閱讀技巧，並因此同時提升學生的英文閱讀能力。課程內容除了進行字彙與閱讀技巧的講解教授之外，並將以閱讀文章作為閱讀與字彙技巧的練習場地，以及提供習題進行兩種技巧的練習與應用。上課將以英文為主，並輔以中文。
The course aims to build up students’ capabilities in reading and vocabulary skills to improve the efficiency and proficiency in reading comprehension.
The instructions will focus on development of basic ideas of vocabulary and reding skills such as prefix and suffix, skim and scan, and more. Practices and drills of the reading and vocabulary skills are also scheduled through reading texts and completing post-reading exercises. The course will be conducted mainly in English yet interwoven with Chinese translation for text explanation.
